(PESI) began operations in 1995, as a full service pipeline technology company focusing particularly on the project management, engineering, design, surveying, mapping and Quality Assurance/Quality Control of new pipelines and stations and the modernization of existing pipeline assets. In addition to the above capabilities PESI also has extensive experience in the FEL/FEED, FERC filings, supply chain/logistics, materials procurement, pipeline integrity assessment and construction of pipeline projects.
